do I pay?
We securely accept the following major
credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American
Express. We also accept money transfers through PayPal.
You do not need to have an account with PayPal to make
a purchase.
How
do you ship my order?
Shipping is via USPS, Priority Mail,
or UPS ground. We will e-mail you the confirmation number,
if applicable, when your order ships.
Will
you charge me sales tax?
We
are required to charge 7.75% on all orders shipped within
Illinois. Tax is not applied to the shipping charges.
Can
I order announcements in advance?
(PRE-ORDERING)
Yes, we do recommend pre-ordering to expedite your order
and to ensure timely delivery. You can pre-select your
design, style and basic text. Once your information
is available, you can email or phone us with your stats.
Pre-ordering requires a 50% non-refundable deposit.
How
long will my order take?
Paper products IE: stationery and make your own
invitations, ship within 24 hours via UPS Ground. Custom
invitations and announcements take 1-2 weeks, with some exceptions. If
you need something sooner, please call us. We are willing
to do whatever it takes.
Can
I get the envelopes sent out to me first?
Yes, if you would like to get
a head start on addressing the envelopes, just call
or email
your request. Regular shipping rates apply.
Can
I get samples of your paper items?
Yes, you can! Our samples range
from $3-$6, which includes the shipping and production
fee.
Can
I customize the verbage / size / font / color / beads
/ paper, etc of your products?
Yes you can! Just email
us your request and we will promptly contact you to
discuss your custom order.
What
is your return policy?
We guarantee our work 100%!!
Beaded Items - Returns and exchanges are accepted within
30 days. Just write to us at returns.
Masterpiece Studios Products
(Stationery/Letterhead/Print Your Own Products) - Items are non-refundable
unless the item(s) arrives damaged. Please contact
us for more details.
Custom Cards/Invitations – We will send you
a proof to review for accuracy. If we made an error
in printing and it is our fault, we will reprint your
order at no additional charge. It is the responsibility
of our clients to check the proof carefully, and once
the client signs off a refund can not be given. We will
however, reprint your order at a discounted price.
Is my information kept private?
A Perfect Time
is committed to ensuring your privacy. We do not under
any circumstances share or sell your information.
I want to give one of your items as a gift, help!
A Perfect Time has gift certificates available
in any denomination. Just email
us your request, and you will be sent directions on
how to immediately purchase a gift certificate for your
special someone. You can choose to print your certificate
or have it mailed.
