What
shipping method do you use?
Santa
Letter Special - USPS
Santa
Packages - First Class Mail through December 15th and
Priority Mail for the last shipment on December 18th.
How
long will it take my order to arrive?
If you order our Santa
Letter only special - It typically takes 2-5 business days
from our workshop to any destination the US and Canada.
If you order our complete Santa Package,
we will ship each package First Class Mail through December
15th which averages 2-5 business days. The last
shipment on December 18th will ship via
Priority
Mail which averages 2-3 day delivery throughout the United
States. HOWEVER, it may take longer during the
busy holiday season.
If you pay by check, your
order will not ship until the
check has been cleared.
How much
does shipping cost?
Shipping
on all Santa letters and packages with destinations anywhere in the
United States are included in the price throughout the 2009
season.
If you need your package shipped out of the United
States, please contact us for shipping rates at

What payment methods do you
accept?
We prefer
PayPal. You can use all major credit cards, bank
transfers and e-checks. PayPal does not store your
credit card information, and you do not have to have
a PayPal account to make payment.
You will receive
a receipt from PayPal, however it will not include a summary
of your entire order. PayPal cuts off the 1st 2 lines
of your order, and places it on the bottom of your receipt.
You will however get a receipt from us with your entire
order summary. Rest assured if you ordered, 2,3,4 or more packages and the
price reflects that - that is how many you ordered.

What if I
have multiple letters in one order with
different
shipping addresses?
Please
place one order for all of your Santa Letter
Packages. The
shipping address for each package should include the first
and last name of the recipient, and should be typed in the
Address field of each letter. When you checkout
in PayPal,
the shipping address can be that of the actual sender, not
the recipient. Even when it asks you for the shipping
address at the end, you can leave it blank.
The only
address that we use for each package, is that within the
actual letter/package order.

What
return address is listed on the packages?
The return
address will read “Santa’s Workshop, 304 Birchwood Lane,
Bloomingdale, IL 60108”. Although the package will be
postmarked from our local post office, it will have our
North Pole Postmark stamp.
What if I
don't receive all of my Santa Packages on the same day?
You may
receive your Santa packages on separate days if you purchased
more than one. Do not be alarmed! This simply means your
packages were
separated by the postal service (NOT US), which is very common.
You should receive all items within a few days of each
other.
Please know,
we go out of our way to make sure orders that are placed
together, ship together. For some unknown reason,
sometimes the post office separates packages going to the
same household. Unfortunately, we can not control this.
HELPFUL HINT!
If you don't receive all your Santa packages on the same
day, simply
hide the first
one(s) and when you receive the rest of them,
bring the
first one(s) out and present them all at the same time! The kids will
never know!
What if
the package never arrives, or arrives damaged?
Do you offer a guarantee?
YES!!! In the
unlikely event your package does not arrive or is damaged
upon arrival, just call us at 630-890-1702 or
email us. We will resend and/or
replace your order. If by chance we are unable to replace
your order by December 25th, we will issue you a
full refund. That is our guarantee!
NOTE: In order to
refund your money, you must of supplied us with the
correct address on the original order.
Please
understand - we do our VERY best to get each and every
package out on time so that no child is disappointed! Sometimes
the post office does fail us, and there is
nothing we
can to avoid this.
We will do
every thing we can to make our customers happy!
