What shipping method do you use?

All of our Easter Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders received by                                 Ship Date

How much does shipping cost?

Easter letters with destinations anywhere in the United States cost $5.00. If you need your package shipped out of the United States, please contact us for shipping rates at info@aperfecttime.com.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Priority Mail averages 2-3 day delivery throughout the United States, however it may take longer so please order accordingly. Please allow one or two weekdays for your order to be processed.  Your package once completed will be placed in queue to be mailed on the above ship dates.

What if I have multiple letters in one order with

different shipping addresses?

Please place one order for all of your Easter Letter Packages. 

The shipping address for each package should include the first and last name of the recipient, and should be typed in the Address field of each letter. When you checkout in PayPal, the shipping address can be that of the actual sender, not the recipient.  Need clarification, please email us.

What return address is listed on the package?

The return address will be listed as

“The Easter Bunny Workshop,

304 Birchwood Lane

Bloomingdale, IL 60108”

What if the package never arrives, or arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event your package does not arrive or is damaged upon arrival, just call us at 630-890-1702 or email us at info@aperfecttime.com. 

We will resend and/or replace your order. 

What if I have more than one child in the same home to

send a package to?

We suggest choosing a different letter for each child residing in the same household.  We have provided 2 options for you to choose. If you would like to send more than 2 packages to the same household, please send us a request to create another personalized letter. 

We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
